FAHS Publications

Over recent years the Federation has published a series of booklets.  Our aim in producing these booklets is to work towards the objects of the Federation, namely:
to encourage the study of Australian history, the preservation and publication of historical material and, for those objects to encourage public access to historical material;
to promote communication and mutual assistance within the historical society movement.

In keeping with these aims, the booklets are in the nature of guides to good practice for historical societies on a range of matters that are of interest to them.
